Is this safe?Yes - Once dried the application that Mosquito Eliminators uses is safe for children and pets. The drying time can take up to 30 minutes. The products we use are NOP (National Organic Program) compliant and when mixed properly with water do not harm plants, pets or people. All products are EPA approved.
Do you kill all the mosquitoes on my property?I don’t believe any service can guarantee this. Even though we’ve treated your yard a mosquito can come from a neighbor’s yard and bite someone… All mosquitoes that come in contact with the treated foliage will perish and other mosquitoes in the area will avoid your property as the smell will be offensive to them. If at anytime you believe you need us to re-apply our treatment let us know. We offer 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed and will be happy to re-spay your property at no charge.
How long does each treatment last?The lifecycle of a mosquito is roughly 12-28 days and we’ve found that the barrier application is most effective when re-applied every 14 days. This typically stops the next generation of mosquitoes from breeding in your backyard.

Do I need to be home when the treatment is applied?No, as long as the gate to your yard is unlocked and your pets are inside you will not need to be home during a treatment.

Do you service special events?Yes, we spray for all special events and we will make sure that your event is mosquito free, even if it rains.
What exactly is the treatment?The botanical active ingredients include rosemary oil, peppermint oil and geraniol (found in many essential oils). These all-natural ingredients act as octopamine blockers on target pests, disrupting the neurotransmitter function in target insects and causing a breakdown in the insects’ central nervous system. Because mammals, birds and fish do not have receptors for octopamine, botanical oils are very safe to use in a variety of situations without adverse effects.
